About

I live just outside Alresford, Hampshire and work throughout Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey. I have been working with families since 1991, when I qualified from Norland College and worked as a nanny in London for eight years.

I got married in 1998 and set up my own baby food business going into private homes and cooking a month's supply of wholesome baby food, put it in the freezer and returned each month to restock.

My son was born in 2001, followed by my daughter in 2002 and we move to Hampshire. I became a full-time mum looking after our two children, two border terriers, a cat and our small holding of chickens, sheep, pigs and a pony. When my daughter was settled in school I decided to go back to work as a postnatal doula allowing me to fit work around my own family life.

In 2015, I was accepted at University of Worcester and studied with the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) for a degree in Birth & Beyond to become an Antenatal Teacher, Yoga Instructor and Baby Massage Instructor.

I  teach IN PERSON & ONLINE Yoga in Pregnancy and Baby Massage. I run NCT Antenatal classes in the evenings and Saturdays helping to prepare new parents for birth and beyond . My loves are my children, my dogs and cat, yoga, walking, paddle-boarding - and cake!
