Janet is fantastic. She offers the perfect mix of classes for mums to be from pregnancy yoga and NCT which prepared me to breathe through my surges and prepare for labour to baby massage post nataly. She is a fountain of knowledge for all things pregnancy, labour and baby related and passes on this information in a professional but caring manner. I can't recommend her enough and my pregnancy would not have been as relaxed without her kindness and support.

Highly recommended the prenatal yoga classes, great chance to stretch, practise techniques for labour and meet other mums to be (love the fact that drink/biscuit and a chat at the end is a part of the class). Thanks Janet!

I would give 6 stars if I could. I always looked forward to weekly yoga with Janet throughout my pregnancy, the sessions were relaxing and invigorating. I found it the perfect way to look after my body and my mind struggling through pregnancy and perfect preparation for labour. Janet always provided options to make sure every part of the session was inclusive to every person and every symptom! I had less aches and pains throughout my pregnancy and my labour (being my second) was infinitely better than my first and I put so much of this down to Yoga with Janet, her practices and the tools and techniques she taught. Thank you for helping me have such a wonderful birth experience, Janet!

I did pregnancy yoga and a baby massage course with both of my babies with Janet and I can highly recommend her. She is so calming, reassuring and knowledgeable about pregnancy and babies. The baby massage course is perfect for spending some bonding time with your baby and learning some useful calming techniques for bedtime. The pregnancy yoga class was fantastic for taking some time out for myself and doing some gentle stretches to help ease pregnancy aches and pains.

The highlight of our week. Janet is a wonderful instructor for both yoga and baby massage. The yoga sessions are relaxing and fun with a mix of stretches and poses for mum and baby, plus a few nursery rhymes to get the babies giggling! Janet has also provided our family wonderful support through her postnatal doula services. I highly recommend.

Janet is brilliant! I've attended both her pregnancy yoga and baby massage courses (and will go to mother and baby yoga at some point). The classes were calming and helpful and Janet is very knowledgeable on babies and pregnancy. Was worried how my baby would manage with baby massage but the class is relaxed and you can do what you need for your baby whether that's feeding them or letting them sleep for some of the time. I also liked with the pregnancy yoga that it is pay-as-you-go which is different to some of the other classes in the area. I would thoroughly recommend classes with Janet to other mums/mums-to-be.

I did Janet’s yoga class throughout pregnancy and would definitely recommend! A slice of heaven and relaxation in the build up to having a baby! Janet’s classes were a good mix of yoga safe poses for pregnancy. My body responded well to pregnancy and labour and I used many techniques taught by Janet. The classes also included practises surges and my favourite part was refreshments at the end to meet other local mums to be! I’ve met some lovely people through doing Janet’s classes! Highly recommend for mums to be in the Winchester area!
